Some states maybe eligible for next day delivery so please call us to arrange.

 

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping to most countries around the world with an estimated delivery time frame of 5 – 10 working days. Please note that we do not take care of custom fees that may be associated with your item. 

Heat Exposure

For deliveries outside of Gombe, it is possible for our perfumes and incense to spill. This may also affect the stickers and packaging.

We will do our best to preserve items as they make their way to you.  For all deliveries outside of Gombe, a heat controlled environment is used by DHL.  Our shipping boxes now include insulated and heat deflecting materials to avoid melting during transit.

We do not offer refunds for items that melt during shipping.

Refunds & Exchanges F.A.Q

We will happily take back any items you do not want for any reason if they are in the original condition we sent them out. Please contact us immediately you receive your item if you wish to return it.  No refund or exchange will be accepted if you have not made arrangements to return the item after 3 days of receiving them. We will offer store credits only for returns.

Q: How Can I return?

A: All items must be shipped back via DHL to our studio in Gombe state to receive a replacement or store credit and the customer is responsible for all fees associated including customs fee if applicable.

Q: How do I change or cancel my order to get a refund?

A: In an effort to ship out your products efficiently, we immediately begin processing your order as soon as it is placed. Unfortunately, once orders are submitted, they cannot be cancelled or modified. 

Q:How do I report a damaged or wrong item?

A: Please contact us immediately on  +2349133128254 or email us on sales@yerwasecrets.com. Unfortunately, after 24 hours of delivery, we won't guarantee rectifying any problem.
